Bundled Competence - eviag AG part of Fuhrländer Company Group
DUISBURG/LIEBENSCHEID - In May 2011 Fuhrländer AG acquired eviag AG from the former owner EuroCape New Energy Limited and STINAG Stuttgart Invest AG. Thereby the eviag team can continue to concentrate on the sale and implementation of wind farms and can benefit from the know-how and manufacturing structure of Fuhrländer AG.
The sale of wind power stations in France and in NRW is continued at the Duisburg location. After eviag AG has successfully implemented a pilot project with the public utilities Duisburg, the co-operation with public utilities, particularly in NRW is to be developed further.
In addition, a project development with its emphases on NRW; France and East Europe is to be established further in eviag AG. Dr Volker Weiß, grad. engin. who supplements the former eviag Board as representative of the Fuhrländer Group underlines "The synergy effects arising from the merger stimulate the growth of the Fuhrländer Group further and take account of the NRW concept for regenerative energies".
"By the expansion which includes the business field project development which also contains a co-operation with an established project development company for NRW, we want to set a clear signal for the location and the generation of jobs in Duisburg", added the new Member of the Board. "With the incorporation of eviag AG in the Fuhrländer Group we are also extending our product portfolio by an interesting 2 megawatt plant", Weiß names further benefits which will also have a positive effect on the customer-side.
